The present invention relates to an electronic commerce device based on social sharing commerce and a method thereof. More specifically, the device and the method can be used to determine the purchase price of various products, which have defined selling price, by matching the conditions of multiple sellers, buyers, and tenants and reflecting the expected rental income of the products to be purchased, thereby maximizing the value of usage and sharing of the tangible and intangible goods and services while promoting the rapid spreading and settlement of new consumer-oriented economic lifestyle concepts. The present invention enables the buyers to determine the final purchase price of the products by reflecting the expected rental income in the future regarding the products and buy the products, thereby enabling economical consumption and acquisition of the consequent revenue. |
