PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium composition which can more stably maintain a dispersed state and which is excellent in dispersibility, by suppressing secondary aggregation and precipitation of insoluble calcium without performing troublesome mechanical grinding, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A production method of a calcium composition at least includes: a step of mixing succinic acid monoglyceride, calcium phosphate, and water with one another at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of succinic acid monoglyceride; and a step of solating or gelating the mixed liquid obtained in the previous step while cooling the mixed liquid to a temperature equal to or lower than the room temperature. |
