PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking liquid production method having great effect when it is used for substitution losing weight, and a substitution losing weight method, using the drinking liquid.SOLUTION: The production method of a drinking liquid comprises: a step 1 for cutting a vegetable into pieces smaller than a cube whose side length is 3 cm; step 2 for boiling the cut vegetable for creating a plant essence extract; a step 3 for adding a ferment, lactic acid bacterium, and Aspergillus to the plant essence extract; and a step 4 for aging the extract in an earthenware pot for 3 years or longer. The earthenware pot is a pot in which outside air contacts the liquid by air permeability and far infrared ray is radiated to inside of the pot by external heat, for example, a pottery. The effect to the drinking liquid is confirmed by an experiment. |
