PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuation medium for heat cycle less in influence to an ozone layer, less in influence to global warming and good in cycle performance.SOLUTION: There is provided an actuation medium for heat cycle containing at least one first compound selected from a group consisting of (E)-1,2-difluoroethylene, 1,1-difluoroethylene, fluoroethylene, fluoroethane, (Z)-1,2-difluoroethylene and ethylene with a ratio of the total content of the first compound to the total amount of the actuation medium of less than 1.5 mass%. |
