A plasma torch including a waveguide equipped with a swirl current removal gas supplying unit according to the present invention includes: an opening part at one side, a microwave radiation unit radiating microwave to the opening part to generate plasma for gasifying a hydrocarbon material supplied into a swirl current formed in front of the opening part; and a waveguide having a swirl current removal gas supplying unit for supplying a swirl current removal gas which removes a portion of the swirl current formed in front of the opening. Another form of a plasma torch including a waveguide equipped with a swirl current removal gas supplying unit according to the present invention includes: a reactor having a raw material input unit forming an internal reaction space and inputting a hydrocarbon material into the reaction space, and a swirl current removal gas supplying unit supplying swirl current generation gas, which generates a swirl current in the reaction space; and a waveguide having a microwave radiation unit radiating microwave to generate plasma for gasifying the hydrocarbon material within the swirl current in the reaction space and the swirl current removal gas supplying unit for supplying the swirl current removal gas removing a portion of the swirl current formed within the reaction space, and connected to the reactor.
