A switch gear applied with an improved grounding structure of the present invention performs safe grounding, is managed in an easy manner, and prevents damage to a cable by: a grounding structure wherein multiple holes are formed on a branched booth bar and a grounding lead line having a screw thread to be inserted into the holes to be joined corresponding to the screw thread is formed on a grounding rod; a sliding structure wherein a horizontal groove quite narrower than a horizontal width is formed on the branched booth bar and an insertion unit to be inserted into the horizontal groove of the branched booth bar is formed on the grounding rod; and an insertion grounding unit wherein a circular groove of a certain depth is formed in the branched booth bar and an insertion member is accommodated in the groove and the grounding rod is expanded as much as the diameter thereof, when the grounding rod is inserted, by placing an elastic ring between the circular groove and the insertion member. |
