Disclosed are a troop management system and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the troop management system is used to manage the movement status of troops. The system includes: a soldier personnel management unit managing personal information of soldiers; a unit troop management unit which uses the personal information of the soldiers received from the soldier personnel management unit to generate movement management cards; and a movement status management unit which stores the movement management cards received from the unit troop management unit.
