PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency while maintaining the safety of a robot system that enables a robot and an operator to work together.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a first holding unit that holds personal information; a second holding unit that holds work process information; a measuring unit that obtains measurement data for recognizing an individual; a recognition unit that recognizes the individual on the basis of the measurement data and personal information; a management unit that manages work information which contains the personal information of the recognized individual and the work process information associated with the individual; and a control unit that controls the robot on the basis of the work information.
