PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device which suppresses deterioration in performance and increase in cost.SOLUTION: A remote controller 30 installed on a side wall SW and for performing cable communication with an indoor unit 20 includes: a touch panel 70 including an electrode unit 71; a liquid crystal display part 60 arranged so as to overlap with the touch panel 70 when viewed from a front surface part 32 side; and a casing 31. The casing 31, in an installation state, has: a back surface part 33 facing the side wall SW; and the front surface part 32 facing an indoor space SI. The electrode unit 71 has: a touch electrode part 72 for functioning as an electrode for touch position detection; and an antenna electrode part 73 for functioning as an antenna for performing radio communication with external equipment 110. The touch electrode part 72 and the antenna electrode part 73 are arranged in such a manner that, in the casing 31, they are closer to the front surface part 32 than the back surface part 33 and, when viewed from the front surface part 32 side, they do not overlap. |
