PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall type heat exchanger 1, 1a which can secure a desired heated flow rate by reducing the pressure drop in a low temperature side fluid flow passage.SOLUTION: In a partition wall type heat exchanger 1, 1a, an opening area S1 of an inlet portion of an inlet side flow passage 6a constituting a low temperature side fluid flow passage 6 and an opening area S2 of an outlet area of an outlet side flow passage 6c are set in the relation of S1<S2. Preferably, when an inflow temperature of the low temperature fluid in a design value is represented by T1, and an outlet temperature after heat exchange is represented by T2, the values of S1 and S2 are set to satisfy S1/S2≤T1/T2. |
