摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately switch over between a full cylinder operation and a partial cylinder operation.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control unit (300) controls an internal combustion engine (200) capable of switchably performing a full cylinder operation and a partial cylinder operation. The internal combustion engine control unit (300) comprises: vibration-avoidance-operating-point determination means (310, 320) determining vibration avoidance operating points (C1 to C6) at which a vibration derived from an operating state of the internal combustion engine (200) is equal to or smaller than a predetermined threshold for each of a case of performing the full cylinder operation and a case of performing the partial cylinder operation; heat efficiency determination means (330) determining which is higher in heat efficiency, the vibration avoidance operating points in the case of performing the full cylinder operation or the vibration avoidance operating points in the case of performing the partial cylinder operation; and control means (340) controlling the operating state of the internal combustion engine (200) so that the internal combustion engine (200) operates in the vibration avoidance operating points determined to be higher in heat efficiency.
