PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress that fiber bundles are wastefully supplied to the yarn breakage weight when a yarn breakage occurred and to prevent the operation efficiency of yarn splicing from becoming worse.SOLUTION: The fiber bundle supply stop device of a ring fine spinning frame 11 is provided with a fiber bundle supply stop part 14 capable of stopping the supply of fiber bundles (roving) to be supplied to a draft machine for each weight 12. Further, the device comprises: a yarn breakage sensor 13 (yarn breakage detection part) provided for each weight 12; a position detection unit (optical sensors 15, and 16) for detecting a position of an operator W who performs a yarn splicing operation; and a control device 17 (controller) which continues the supply of fiber bundles to yarn breakage weights 12a,12b when the duration until the operator W reaches to a yarn breakage position is less than a preset value and stops the supply of fiber bundles to yarn breakage weights when the duration is more than the preset value. |
