PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dye composition in which a cationic polymer and a dissociative azo dye are stably contained with no salt formed, and which excels in hair dying operability, has excellent hair-dyeing properties, and can give the hair after hair dying an excellent feeling.SOLUTION: A hair dye composition comprises a specific azo dye represented by formula (A-1), (A-2) or (A-3), a specific cationic polymer, and an alkali metal salt of a specific mineral acid. |
