Provided is a plastic bottle cap having two functions, which can be used as a bottle cap to block the inlet of a bottle and a suction type bottle cap. Therefore, two functions of bottle caps on sale can be selectively used. The plastic bottle cap comprises a cap part and a suction cap part coupled to each other. The suction cap part is used when a screw located on the wall surface of the cap part is coupled to the inlet of a bottle, and the cap part is used when a screw located on the bottom end of the suction cap part is coupled to the inlet of the bottle.
