PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for inspecting NK/T cell lymphoma and for selecting a therapeutic medicine and a kit therefor, and also provide tools for developing novel therapeutic medicines.SOLUTION: Detection of amino acid mutation at the position 652 of JAK1 gene makes it possible to perform inspection of NK/T cell lymphoma and to make a determination about application of a JAK inhibitor. Furthermore, a compound can be screened using a cell which expresses the mutation, thereby contributing to development of novel therapeutic medicines. |
