PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high effect on liquid leakage prevention with one packing.SOLUTION: A filter material is provided between an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder. A packing having a substantially hollow circular disc shape is provided at a plate which is provided so as to cover ends of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. The packing contacts with a surface of a case which is arranged in parallel to the plate and a cylindrical outflow part having a surface arranged in parallel to the inner cylinder. |
