PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign language CG generation device which generates a sign language CG by a character having an expression suitable for the contents of a content.SOLUTION: A digital broadcasting receiver 2 includes: a text data analysis unit 23 for extracting a word included in a data broadcast content; a text-impression database 24 for storing content item name-impression data; a content impression extraction unit 25 for determining an impression value corresponding to the word extracted by the text data analysis unit 23 by referring to the content item name-impression data; an impression-character-expression database 26 for storing the impression-character-expression data; a character and expression determination unit 27 for determining a type of a character and an expression value corresponding to the impression value determined by the content impression extraction unit 25 by referring to the impression-character-expression data; and a sign language CG generation unit 29 for generating a sign language CG based on the type of the character and the expression value determined by the character and expression determination unit 27. |
