PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas detector that is hardly subjected to influence of various interruption components and is excellent in responsibility to a detection gas.SOLUTION: A gas detector X includes a gas detection element 10 having a gas sensitive section 12 in contact with a detection gas and double housings 51 and 52 configured to accommodate the gas detection element 10. The outer housing 51 of the double housings includes a gas introduction port 20 configured to introduce the detection gas and a first oxidation catalyst section 31 configured to make an interruption component react and adsorb. The inner housing 52 of the double housings includes a second oxidation catalyst section 32 configured to make an interruption component react and adsorb. |
