The present invention Intelligent Bread Dispenser IBD is new device for a semi-automatic serving of bread of all sorts especially long bread and baguette. The main idea behin the invention is economy of the state thus the people. This invention prevents the huge and unacceptable wastage of bread in public restaurants and hotels and homes and institutions like schools and universities and military establishments. The invention IBD consisting of main base, a shaft around which a number of cylinders are attached to hold the bread, a knife holder to conveniently hold the bread cutter, a one way-lid to cover the bread and prevent taking the bread back up, a knob serving as a handle which can be of any form. The current invention IBD changes the way these restaurants serve bread. IBD invention alters the dynamics by which bread is lost to the garbage bins; IBD gets rid completely of the traditional bread basket and automatically controls the size of the bread that is to be touched and cut off by the guest thus eliminating the first behaviour that cause bread wastage. Moreover with its enclosed bread cylinders and lids IBD serves as bread physical cover against unnecessary multiple hand touch and repeated manipulation which basically bring contaminations and dangerous diseases by unclean or infected members. IBD provides a physical barrier against dangerous flies and mosquitoes and aerosols and dust which are a main cause of disease transport and epidemics. Furthermore IBD with its enclosed structure can keep the bread fresh for longer period of time thus helping further the conservation of bread by extending it usability. IBD also represent an aesthetic tool unlike the old fashioned bread basket. |
