PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-axis actuator capable of making high stiffness and compactness compatible.SOLUTION: A two-axis actuator 100 is coupled to a moving forward/backward member 16 so as to position a vertical actuator 30 in a lateral direction of a horizontal actuator 10 and one side in a horizontal direction. A load receiving member 50 coupled to an elevating member 36 of the vertical actuator 30 is positioned on the outside of the vertical actuator 30 and on the horizontal actuator 10 side, so that a distance from the horizontal actuator 10 to a gravity center of the load receiving member 50 is short, and an influence of an unbalanced load on the horizontal actuator 10 due to a load of a carried article can be comparatively decreased. Consequently, high-stiffness and compactness are made compatible. |
