PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or the like which takes measures to cope with current consumption in each device to be used by a watt-hour meter installed at a primary feed breaker load side connected to a limiter current restrictor, and subsequent consumer protection.SOLUTION: Regarding a transmission/distribution comprehensive system and an energy conservation switch method relating to a standby current, a configuration including energy conservation switch means relating to a standby current during a normal time includes opening confirmation means relating to operation switches S1-S6 which are opened with re-power-on means relating to a main switch 2, and manual power-on means. In subsequent operation, the opening confirmation means relates to a standby current with turning-on of a power source side switch S3 of a watthour meter 11. Lighting-on relating to a parallel connection state of a load device 27 with manual powering-on is defined as a power consumption used in the load device 27 with turning-on of a zero cross switch S5. The watthour meter 11 and a measurement/collection/storage/transmission device 10 include means in which measured values are collected and stored continuously together as power consumption relating to a load side 4 of a branch breaker 3. |
