PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize relative positions of an inner ring and an outer ring, in a rotating member which has the inner ring and the outer ring capable of relatively moving to an axial line direction of a rotating axial line, and is wound with an endless power transmission member.SOLUTION: A rotation member 1 comprises: an inner ring 3 which can rotate with a prescribed rotating axial line A as a center; an outer ring 4 which is arranged concentrically with an external peripheral side of the inner ring, and wound with a transmission member; rolling bodies 5 each of which is interposed between an external face of the inner ring and an internal face of the outer ring, and permits the displacement of the outer ring with respect to the inner ring to an axial line direction of a rotating axial line by being displaced to the axial line direction of the rotating axial line with respect to at least either of the inner ring and the outer ring; and an elastic member 38 which is locked to either of the external face of the inner ring and the internal face of the outer ring so as to integrally rotate therewith, locked to the other of the external face of the inner ring and the internal face of the outer ring so as to be relatively rotatable to a circumferential direction, and biases the inner ring and the outer ring to the mutual axial line directions of the rotating axial lines. |
