PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image detection apparatus which suppresses image irregularity and sharpness degradation by bonding a planar photo-detector and a scintillator panel via an adhesive layer such that a constant distance therebetween is maintained throughout their planes, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A radiographic image detection apparatus includes; a scintillator panel comprising a support body 13 and a scintillator layer 71 formed on the support body 13 and having a film thickness distribution; an adhesive layer 69; and a planar photo-detector 73 arranged in the described order. At least either of the support body 13 and the planar photo-detector 73 is waved in order to position the scintillator panel and the planar photo-detector 73 at a constant distance from each other through the adhesive layer 69 in between throughout their planes. |
