PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact laser scanning spectral image acquisition device capable of contactlessly acquiring a spectral image in natural light or under a light source of which information such as a spectrum or the like is unknown, and performing precise spectrum analysis, and to provide a method of the acquisition.SOLUTION: A controller 101A performs scanning by controlling a light source 104 and a two-axis galvanometer mirror driver 102 according to a preset operation mode. First, the controller 101A shuts out laser light from the light source 104, thus acquiring a spectrum of background light from a spectrometer 108. Next, the controller 101A irradiates a position to be scanned with laser light from the light source 104, and acquires a spectrum of reflected light from the spectrometer 108. After acquiring the spectra of the background light and the reflected light, the controller 101A subtracts the spectrum of the background light from the spectrum of the reflected light, thus acquiring a net spectrum of the reflected light. |
