PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler structure of a motor cycle, which allows inner surface coating in a muffler body to be efficiently performed without causing increase of exhaust sound and deterioration of exhaust sound tone quality.SOLUTION: A muffler structure of a motor cycle comprises a muffler body 31 of a double wall structure with an annulus space 37 formed between an outer tube 35 and an inner tube 36, partition walls 43, 44 dividing the inside of the inner tube 36 of the muffler body 31 into plural expansion chambers 40, 41, 42, and end walls 45, 47 sectioning the front and rear of the muffler body 31. In a muffler 30 of the motor cycle, the inner tube 36 around the partition walls 43, 44 and the end walls 45, 47 of the muffler body 31 is formed with plural communication holes 60, 63, 70a, 72a for providing communication between the expansion chambers 40, 41, 42 and the annulus space 37. |
