PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve gear and an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing particles or the like contained in a fluid from being accumulated on a valve body and a valve seat regulating a flow volume of the fluid and preventing operation failures and clogging of the valve body.SOLUTION: An EGR valve 30 includes a flow regulating chamber 32 disposed downstream of a valve box 31 and an accumulation chamber 40 disposed upstream of the valve box 31, a flow regulating valve seat 33 having an open inlet 37 and a flow regulating valve body 34 opening or closing the inlet 37 are disposed in the flow regulation chamber 32, a flow regulating valve seat 41 having an open inlet 46 and a flow regulating valve body 42 opening or closing the inlet 46 are disposed in the accumulation chamber 40, the flow regulating valve body 42 is disposed to face a progress direction of exhaust gas flowing in the accumulation chamber 40 from the inlet 46, and a flow regulation opening area A2 adjusted by moving the flow regulating valve body 42 is set smaller than a flow regulation opening area A1 adjusted by moving the flow regulating valve body 34. |
