VACUUM HEAT TREATMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat treatment system which suppresses prolongation of the treatment time in a heating part.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat treatment system 1 includes a preheating part 2 for preheating work W2, a heating part 3 which heats the work W2 after the preheating under a pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure and a cooling part 4 for cooling the work W2 after the heating. The preheating part 2 preheats second work W2 before carrying-in to the heating part 3 by utilizing the heat generated when first work W1 is cooled in the cooling part 4.
