PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin porous film having excellent air permeability and hydrophilicity.SOLUTION: The polyolefin resin porous film is a porous film formed from a resin composition comprising polyolefin resin (A) as a main component. The resin composition further comprises 5-45 mass% of styrenic elastomer (B). The styrenic elastomer (B) is sulfonated in the porous film.
