PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension condensing system and a method for realizing the condensation of various suspensions of fruit juice, soup and extract by using a membrane distillation technique.SOLUTION: A suspension condensing system comprises a raw water part (raw water chamber 26) and a condensation part (condensation chamber 28), between which a hydrophobic porous membrane (24) is placed. The condensation part (condensation chamber 28) is kept in a pressure-reduced state and includes cooling means (cooling part 34). A suspension (8) heated to less than 100[°C] is introduced into the raw water part (raw water chamber 26) and vapor (30) of said suspension (8) is permeated through the hydrophobic porous membrane (24) and condensed in the condensation part (condensation chamber 28), thereby to produce a condensed liquid (12) of the suspension. |
