PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set used when acid phosphatase gene deletion of yeast is confirmed and a method for discriminating sake yeast suitable for manufacturing sake.SOLUTION: Provided are a primer set consisting of 4 kinds of primers having specific sequences to be used in confirmation of acid phosphatase gene deletion of sake yeast by performing nucleic acid amplification reaction using LAMP method and a discrimination method of sake yeast for discriminating whether it is yeast suitable for manufacturing sake by performing nucleic acid amplification reaction by LAMP method using the primer set.
