In the present invention, disclosed is a method for preparing a beta-alumina solid electrolyte for a sodium sulfur secondary battery, which comprises: a slurry preparation step of mixing alumina, an MgO-Al_2O_3 compound, a β″-Al_2O_3 seed, zirconia, and a conductive additive to prepare a slurry; a spray solution preparation step of mixing a source material of sodium, a binder, a dispersant, and a defoaming agent with the slurry and kneading the mixture to prepare a spraying solution; a source powder preparation step of spraying and drying the spraying solution to prepare source powder; a molded product preparation step of molding the source powder to prepare a molded product; and a sintered body preparation step of calcinating the molded product at a calcination temperature for a calcination time to prepare a solid electrolyte, or a sintered body. |
