PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera head whose head part can be made compact and rigid, a connection method for the camera head, and an endoscope apparatus.SOLUTION: A camera head of an embodiment comprises: a lens unit; a prism having an inclined plane which changes a travelling direction of light passing the lens unit and an emitting surface which emits light whose travelling direction is changed; an imaging element outputting an electric signal; a signal cable; a support member provided with a first surface that has a slope corresponding to the inclined plane and is fitted onto a reverse side surface of the inclined plane and a second surface having a connection part that is electrically connected to an insertion hole in which the signal cable is inserted and the signal cable inserted in the insertion hole; and a wiring board having a first area mounted with the imaging element and a second area electrically connected to the connection part. |
