PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overlooking of a lesion part.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a medical image processor comprises an extraction part, an identification part, a calculation part, a creation part, and a display part. The extraction part extracts from medical image data related to a subject an area of a three-dimensional tabular structure. The identification part identifies a plurality of cross sections orthogonal to a core wire in the extracted area from the medical image data. The calculation part calculates a morphological feature amount about the tabular structure for every identified cross section. The creation part creates a map image visually mapping the calculated feature amount. The display part displays the map image by superimposing it onto a medical image representing the tabular structure two-dimensionally. |
