The present invention relates to a smart pillow system and method for manufacturing the same wherein the smart pillow system senses brainwave information of a user who is sleeping with the pillow, notifies a smartphone of the brainwave information, receives music or sound most proper to the user′s sleep based on the brainwave information of the user from the smartphone, provides the music or the sound to the user through the pillow, and consequently enables the user to have a sound sleep. The smart pillow system has a groove in the shape of a speaker and a groove in the shape of a line which are formed by cutting locations of an air mesh in which a speaker and a wire are inserted. The speaker is attached to the groove in the shape of a speaker by an adhesive. The wire is inserted in the groove in the shape of a line and is fixated by being tied by a cable tie. The adhesive is applied along the groove in the shape of a line in which the wire is inserted. A membrane in the shape of a mesh is attached to the speaker and is treated to be waterproof. A communications unit for transmitting and receiving a signal to and from a user terminal is connected to the wire. Different air meshes are laminated above and under the membrane air mesh to form multiple layers. Afterwards, the air meshes including the membrane air mesh are covered with an outer cover in the shape of the pillow. |
