PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly capable of realizing high dynamic hermetic seal as one component by the rotation shaft seal ring in many application cases and the rotation shaft seal ring.SOLUTION: An assembly of this invention has a shaft 1 and a rotation shaft seal ring 2. The rotation shaft seal ring 2 encloses the shaft 1 and comprises a support 3 connected to an elastomer body 4. The elastomer body 4 forms a seal lip 5 abutted against the shaft 1, and the seal lip 5 has, at its surface opposing against the shaft 1, a seal extremity end 6 curved in a sinewave shape extending along the inner periphery of the seal lip 5. The seal extremity end 6 is abutted against an outer peripheral surface 7 of the shaft 1 and has the first side surface 6a forming at least one angle α within a range of 40° to 80° in respect to a longitudinal axis line of the shaft 1 and has the second side surface 6b forming at least one angle &bgr; within a range of 10° to 60° in respect to a longitudinal axis line of the shaft 1. The rotation shaft seal ring 2 is applied at the assembly. |
