PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting that allows a restraining member to be installed appropriately and easily on a stile.SOLUTION: A fitting includes a sash that closes an opening. The sash has a surface material, a stile body having a plurality of stile materials for housing an end of the surface material, a flame-retarding or fireproof reinforcing member fitted in a hollow part of the stile material, a restraining member fitted on the stile material for restraining the sash so as to keep the opening in a closed state, and a connecting member installed in the hollow part for connecting the restraining member with the reinforcing member. The restraining member is fixed on the connecting member with the stile material in between, and the connecting member is fitted movably on the reinforcing member. |
