PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end part member which achieves transmission of a torque equivalent to the conventional one and attachment to/detachment from a device body, which operates more smoothly, which is hardly influenced with respect to variation in quality of a shaft member, which has satisfactory assemblability and a disassembly property, and which has excellent productivity.SOLUTION: An end part member (40) which is arranged at an end part of columnar rotation bodies (20, 306) has a bearing member (41) and a shaft member (70). The bearing member includes: a body (45) having a cylindrical body (46) and a holding part (50) arranged inside the cylindrical body; an intermediate member (60) held at the holding part of the body. In the shaft member, one end side is held by the intermediate member, and the intermediate member is joined by snap fitting rotatably around one axis line with respect to the holding part of the body. The shaft member is joined by snap fitting rotatably to the intermediate member around an axis line different from the axis line of the rotation of the intermediate member.
