PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of occurrence of unintended discharge along a discharge path.SOLUTION: A plasma jet plug includes an intermediate electrode which is positioned nearer the tip side than the tip surface of a center electrode and nearer the rear end side than a plate-like part of a ground electrode in a cavity. On the projection surface projected in an axial direction, the intermediate electrode forms a second though-hole opened so that at least a part thereof is overlapped on a first through-hole, and is electrically separated from any of the ground electrode and the center electrode. |
