摘要 Disclosed is a recovery system which thermally dissolves waste materials generated in a process of producing or wasting artificial marble to be separately regenerated into an effective MMA constituent and alumina constituent; removes moisture via repetitive condensation and oil-water separation in a refinement process; enhances purity of the MMA constituent collected via a thermal reaction and a chemical reaction; and regenerates pure alumina via heat treatment of residues discharged after the thermal dissolution. The recovery system comprises: a preprocessing unit (ka) heating waste artificial marble powder, separating the powder by the particle size and removing dust; a thermal dissolving unit (na) having a smelting furnace (22) heating the powder, having passed through the preprocessing unit (ka), under an internal oxygen-free heating environment, a gas pipe (24) discharging MMA gas, generated from the thermal dissolution within the smelting furnace (22), to the outside; and an outlet discharging residues, remaining after the thermal dissolution within the smelting furnace (22), to the outside; an MMA refining unit (da) including a primary refinement processing unit (da-1) removing moisture by repetitive condensation process and oil-water separation for the MMA gas separated via the thermal dissolving unit (na) and incinerating a sulfur constituent and a secondary refinement processing unit (da-2) applying a thermal reaction and a chemical reaction to the MMA gas having passed through the primary refinement processing unit; and an alumina recovery unit (ra) heating and refining the residues discharged through the thermal dissolving unit (na) and storing the refined alumina constituent.
