PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery that is difficult to have a convex shape and can be suppressed from being deformed in a convex shape.SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped solar battery 200 has a first hardening resin layer 40, a substrate 10 containing resin, a photoelectric conversion layer 100 and a second hardening resin layer 9 which are stacked in this order. The linear expansion coefficient of the first hardening resin layer 40 is not less than the linear expansion coefficient of the second hardening resin layer 9, and the liner expansion coefficient of the second hardening resin layer 9 is larger than the linear expansion coefficient of the substrate 10. When the cure degree of a first surface 40a side of the first hardening resin layer 40 which confronts the substrate 10 is represented by C% and the cure degree of a second surface 40b side of the first hardening resin layer 40 at the opposite side to the first surface 40a is represented by C%, Cis larger than C, and (C-C) ranges from 2 to 15%. A surface S1 at the first hardening resin layer 40 side of the solar battery 200 is warped in a convex shape, and a surface S2 at the second hardening resin layer 9 side is warped in a concave shape. |
