PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system and an information processing method capable of, even when a purchaser sends the order content of merchandise being the target of information provision, providing an easily understandable procedure in the same way as the case of merchandise not being the target of information provision, and enabling individual information provision until shipping the merchandise.SOLUTION: An information system is configured to, when merchandise indicated by received order content is target merchandise, output attention information generated in accordance with state information so that it is confirmable by a purchaser. Also, the information system is configured to, when receiving confirmation notification indicating that the purchaser has confirmed understanding the attention information, update a confirmation state to a complete state. Also, the information system is configured to output the confirmation state so that whether or not processing for the marketing establishment of the target merchandise is possible is determinable. |
