PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric corrosion preventing electrical insulation rolling bearing formed with a ceramic insulating layer, wherein the generation rate of vacancy in the insulating layer is drastically reduced to improve insulation characteristics and to enhance the adhesion to a parent material and the strength thereof.SOLUTION: An electric corrosion preventing electrical insulation rolling bearing is formed, on the face other than that having the face-way surface of at least one bearing ring, with the spray coating film, which has a particle diameter of 10 to 70 μm, and which is made into granules of an average diameter of 20 to 40 μm, and which is formed by spray-coating electro-molten alumina, in which aluminum titanate (AlTiO) is dispersed. |
