PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative reference voltage generation circuit capable of generating a negative reference voltage with high accuracy, and simplifying a circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A negative reference voltage generation circuit includes: a clamp type reference voltage circuit and a differential amplifier. The clamp type reference voltage circuit is connected between a node with a first negative voltage which is equal to or less than a ground voltage and a node with a second negative voltage lower than the first negative voltage, and configured by connecting a first circuit in which a first resistance and a plurality of first PMOS transistors connected in parallel with each other and a second resistance are serially connected in parallel with a second circuit in which a second PMOS transistor and a third resistance are serially connected. The differential amplifier has an output terminal to be connected to the gates of the first and second PMOS transistors, and differentially amplifies a difference voltage between a node voltage between the drain of each of the plurality of first PMOS transistors and the second resistance and a node voltage between the drain of the second PMOS transistor and the third resistance, and outputs a negative reference voltage. |
