PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printing device and an inkjet printing method capable of outputting an image with a high throughput while reducing density irregularity accompanied by a time difference between multi-pass scans.SOLUTION: In two times of continuous print scans with respect to a unit region of multi-pass print, it is judged whether a subsequent print scan is performed in the same direction as a precedent print scan or in the opposite direction to the precedent print scan based on print data corresponding to the precedent print scan. Therein, in either print scan, the print scan in such a direction that ink applied by the precedent print scan is satisfactorily fixed and, moreover, less print time is required is preset. |
