FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of disinfection, in particular, to agents for decontamination of DNA/RNA molecules and fragments thereof and may be used for disinfection of medical articles, premises, sanitary technical equipment, patient care items and laboratory vessels in case of bacterial, viral or fungal aetiology infections at medical treatment, childcare and educational institutions, in pharmaceutical, biological and chemical industry as well as for medical articles pre-sterilisation cleaning, in particular - combined with disinfection; the agent includes didecyldimethylammonium chloride, alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, glyoxal, glutaric dialdehyde, isopropanol, dehypon LS 36, benzotriazole, hydroquinone, fragrance and water, the agent component taken at a specific ratio (wt %).EFFECT: invention ensures effective decontamination from DNA/RNA molecule residues and such molecule fragments combined with disinfection of the corresponding surfaces with regard to a wide range of microorganisms inclusive of causative microorganisms of highly dangerous infections such as plague, cholera, tularemia as well as anthrax spores which is combined with sparing effect on the surfaces being treated.1 ex |
