FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of detecting circulating tumour, microemboli and apoptotic bodies in blood of patients with an oncologic disease, in particular lung cancer due to aptamers. The method of detecting circulating tumour cells, microemboli and apoptotic bodies in blood of lung cancer patients includes the centrifugation of a sample of peripheral blood of the cancer patient, separation of plasma, incubation of the concentrated cell sediment with a hypotonic solution of ammonium chloride to destruct erythrocytes, destruction of leucocytes by sodium chloride, re-suspending the sediment in a phosphate buffer. The obtained cell suspension is incubated with masking DNA, then, aptamers, specific to lung cancer marked with a fluorescent mark, are added, the obtained samples are tested by methods of microscopy, making it possible to register the fluorescent marks.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the specificity of tumour cells detection in different types of human lung cancer, reduce the diagnostic time.4 cl, 5 dwg, 5 ex |
