摘要 FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: convection block of the hot water boiler is suggested, it contains the convection gas ducts equipped with heat exchanging surfaces, comprising transverse streaming pipe bunches, the hydraulically connected with the longitudinal boiler headers. The top headers of the boiler are connected by the transverse straight header, wherein the heat exchanging surfaces contain straight transverse streaming pipe bunches of tandem arrangement, comprising pairs of cantilever transverse top and bottom headers, that are connected with the appropriate half of vertical tubes forming vertical convection panels. Each transverse cantilever header is connected by means of the vertical branch pipe with the appropriate top or bottom boiler headers. The convection block contains a convection-radiant gas duct separated from the convection gas duct by the chamber of inertial precipitation of the fly ash. Input opening of the convection gas duct is located near the side wall of the boiler opposite to the wall adjacent to the output opening of the convection-radiant gas duct, wherein the chamber of inertial precipitation of the fly ash is bottom opened to the ash intake chamber connected with the ash removal channel, wherein the space of the convection gas duct is bottom opened to the ash intake chambers, their number corresponds to number of channels of this gas duct.EFFECT: invention simplifies process of manufacturing of the convection gas ducts, and increases efficiency of use of the shaft volume.2 cl, 3 dwg
