<p>FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: boiler contains furnace, its space is limited by furnace grating, face and rear fronts, overhead and side furnace waterwalls, the last waterwalls are made as pipe panels hydraulically connected with the appropriate top and bottom longitudinal boiler headers, and convection block comprising two convection gas ducts, equipped with heat exchange surfaces containing transversely streamlines tube bundles hydraulically connected with the transverse boiler headers. Wherein it has blasting air heating system containing blower installed on enclosure of the overhead screen, its output air duct is connected with the work input of the ejector, its output is connected with the horizontal air/gas line, its tuyeres are opened to the under grating space of the furnace grating. At input of the convection gas line an intake hole of the intake chamber is located, it looks on the clearances between the vertical pipe risers of the convection block of the boiler. Wherein the output hole of the intake chamber by the gas line is connected with mixing hole of the ejector.EFFECT: invention increases the boiler efficiency, and ensures possibility to regulate parameters of the initial air.2 cl, 4 dwg</p> |
