FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: displacement device to displace the blades held with geometrical closure in the impeller disk contains a bedplate, lifting rotating table, impact unit held on the bedplate, clamp block and caulking block. The impact unit has a displacement piercer to apply the displacement force to the blade and impact gear acting on it. The clamping block is held with possibility of rotation on the bedplate and is used as support of the impeller disk during the blades displacement and to neutralise the reaction forces occurred during the direct displacement. The caulking block is made integral with the clamp block creating the caulking-clamping block. During displacement of blades held with geometrical closure in the impeller disk the said displacement device is used.EFFECT: group of inventions reduces duration of replacement of the impeller blades.28 cl, 15 dwg |
