FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for obtaining N-[2-(morpholin-4yl)ethyl]-4-chlorobenzamide of formula I, which is obtained by opening 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazole of formula IIwith morpholine with catalysis with protonic acids with heating in autoclave or under atmospheric pressure in absence of solvent at temperature from 120 to 200°C with output to 90%, or is obtained in two stages: first, as a result of condensation of 4-chlorobenzonitrile with 2-aminoethane in presence of Lewis acids or protonic acids in weakly polar aprotic solvents with heating from 120 to 200°C obtained is technical 2-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazole II, which is after that opened with morpholine in catalysis with protonic acids with heating under atmospheric or higher pressure in absence of solvent at temperature from 120 to 200°C.EFFECT: obtaining novel compounds.2 cl, 5 ex |
